How to Use the English Counseling Service

Please make an appointment at the Health Care Room or Student Counseling Room, by email, or on the phone.

*If the counselor is available, the counseling service will be offered without reservation.
*You can use the English Counseling Service accompanied by your close friends or an academic staff, if preferred.

Japanese Counseling Service Hours

Counseling service is also available in Japanese on weekdays except for Tuesdays.

Wednesdays & Fridays  12:00pm- 6:00pm

*During accademic breaks, Wednesdays and Fridays only at11:00am - 5:00pm.
